SMART Training offer training in five distinct course areas:
- Introductory courses
- Introductory courses help staff achieve a working understanding of essential areas of care, including: Nutrition, Moving & Handling and Infection Control. Both full and half day courses are available and meet knowledge requirements for SVQ in Health and Social Care level two.

- Next step courses are for those on your team who are more experienced and ready for the next step. Courses in this area include: Emergency First Aid, Protection of Vulnerable Adults from Abuse, Manual Handling and Advanced Health & Safety. We offer full one and two day courses and the knowledge learned on these courses will help meet the requirements of the SVQ in Health & Social Care at level three.

- Our specialised courses will help you develop the clinical knowledge of your organisation and can be access by any level of care staff (with the exception of venepuncture). We offer full day courses in: Dementia, Venepuncture and Pallative Care.

- As an SQA approved centre we can help your staff reach their SVQs in numerous areas including: Health & Social Care, Registered Manager Award and Management. We have support to meet the needs of any level of need from beginners to the more experienced person.
